Meet the Crew
Joey Murtagh, owner of J3-Painting Co. played soccer professionally in the city of brotherly love before retiring and joining DC-21 Union Painters. Joey then decided to venture off on his own, starting J-3 Painting. He has been tremendously successful and has a great reputation within the residential and commercial painting community.

Joey founded J-3 Painting Co. after gaining over 20 years of experience in the commercial and residential painting industry. At J-3, we believe ensuring customer satisfaction upon completing a project is our top priority. We work closely with our clients to meet their needs most effectively, all while maintaining high-quality standards.
